- Participants will receive 1 raffle ticket for every P1,000 worth of purchase of Michaela products at any participating branches nationwide.
- After purchase, participants must present their Sales Invoice to Michaela personnel to receive the ticket. Once released, Michaela personnel must sign the receipt.
- Participants must fill out the ticket with their Name, Contact Number, Email, Address & Signature.
- Participants must cut the ticket in the designated mark and drop the portion with his/her details in the designated drop boxes.
- Participants must keep the other half of the ticket and the Sales Invoice within the promo period as proof of purchase, which shall be required for claiming the prize.
SELECTION OF WINNERS
- RAFFLE DRAW will be held on October 14, 2025 at 2:00 PM via FACEBOOK LIVE at the 6th Floor, Avada Center, No. 9647 Col. A Del Rosario St., Magdiwang Highway, Brgy. Tabon II, Kawit, Cavite 4104, Philippines to be witnessed by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Representatives.
- Eligible winners will be determined by a lucky draw from the total number of qualified entries received during the promo period.
- A participant can only win once (1x). Once a participant has won, all his/her remaining entries are forfeited.
- The eligible winners will be contacted via mail, email, and/or text message.
- All winners will be published on Michaela’s official Facebook Page: www.facebook.com/MICHAELAPHL
- Michaela reserves the right to disqualify anyone who fails to submit the requirements, with prior approval and guidance of the DTI.
- Employees of MICHAELA, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, their spouses, and their relatives up to the second civil degree of consanguinity or affinity are not eligible to join this raffle promo.
CLAIMING OF PRIZES:
1. To claim the prize, the winner must submit the following requirements; – Email or text notification (either print or digital) – Raffle ticket and receipt of purchase (Sales Invoice) – One (1) original valid government-issued ID or school ID, ensuring the name on the ID matches the registered name.
2. If the winner is unavailable to personally claim the prize, their representative must present the following documents: – Email or text notification (either print or digital) – Notarized signed letter from the winner, authorizing the representative to receive the prize on the winner’s behalf. – One (1) original valid government-issued ID or school ID of the winner, ensuring the name on the ID matches the registered name; – One (1) original valid government-issued ID of the authorized representative. – Raffle ticket and proof of purchase (Sales Invoice).
3. Participants who are minors must be accompanied by an adult of legal age.
4. Prizes not claimed within the sixty (60) day period will be forfeited and may be used as deemed necessary by MICHAELA, upon prior approval from DTI.
5. The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for nor redeemed as cash or other items.
6. All prizes are worth below P100,000 and are not subject to prize tax.
7. Transportation costs for claiming the prizes are NOT included in the prize package and will NOT be shouldered by the company.
8. Schedule of claiming: Monday to Friday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (Holidays and weekends not included)
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
By participating in this raffle, participants consent to give their personal information, and the organizer reserves the right to publish and use the winners’ names and/or photographs plus their entries for purposes of publicity, advertising, and/or trade without further compensation or notice, and each participant is not entitled to make any claims for the use of their entries by the organizer. The organizer collects personal identifiable information to provide services or to correspond with the participant. This information is stored in a manner appropriate to the nature of the data by the organizer and is used to fulfill the participant’s request(s). By submitting the participant’s personal information, the organizer deems that permission is given to the organizer and/or its authorized agents to use this information for this raffle exclusively. If the participant informs the organizer via call or any other means provided below that the given information should not be used as a basis for further contact, the organizer shall respect the participant’s request. The participant’s information will not be provided or shared with other companies for their use. Further, the data collected by reason of this raffle promo shall be deleted in a manner within the bounds of law two (2) years after the raffle promo.
